GRANT JAMES | LDN
Grant is a house music DJ who cut his teeth in the queer music scenes in NYC, Brooklyn, and the legendary Fire Island Pines. Grant lived in NYC for 10 years before relocating to London in 2021. It was New York’s house music scene that inspired him to take to the decks and that rich history continues to inspire his music today.
In early 2021, Grant started performing with his best friend, Drew Baker, as ‘Less Talking More Dancing’ (LTMD). The boys do not plan on letting a small thing like the Atlantic Ocean get in their way - they’ll play separately as LTMD LDN and LTMD NYC, and back-to-back whenever possible.
Now that Grant has settled into life in the UK, he’s excited to bring his particular style of house music to London: a style which evokes the vibrant New York sound, blending classic House with Deep, Nu Disco and Indie Dance beats on the lighter end, moving into punchier Tech House after dark, all while keeping the vibe happy, upbeat and positive.
